What’s on your mind?

The services they provided our students, and their families, is very well thought out, ensuring those in need have access. The attention to the Spanish speaking community was comprehensive. There were always people available who spoke to the student’s parent/guardian in Spanish. Additionally, the work that these volunteers did was with an eye toward both improving the student’s academics, as well as their development as a community member.

Grow Your World is able to help kids with their homework, which is especially important because some of us parents are super busy and cannot afford expensive tutoring. The tutors interact better with the kids, and are able to better teach all these new standards that kids are now taught in school.

Grow Your World’s INKounter program is designed to support youth through rich and meaningful programming using art, self-expression, mentorship and experiences in empowerment to address their needs... We are pleased to partner with INKounter in their important effort to provide quality programming to youth at risk of criminal justice involvement.
